General information

The official language of the conference is English. Translation and interpreting services will not be available.

There is no conference fee.

How to join

Plese note that for organisational and technical reasons it is necessary to register for the conference. You can register here.

The conference will take place online, using the ZOOM platform. A link for the ZOOM meeting will be sent via e-mail to all registered participants before the conference.

We allocated a time slot before the conference starts for a connection test (11 February 08:30 – 09:15 CET) . This should provide sufficient time to sort out possible connection problems.

For those who wish just to watch the conference without the possibility to interact, we attempt to stream the conference on YouTube. The link for the YouTube channel will be posted on this conference webpage.
